But this ability is also a burden. Loud noises and disharmonic sounds are causing her physical pain. That\u2019s why she usually wears headphones; to block out surrounding noises \u2013 but this also isolates her from contact with others. It gets increasingly difficult for her to keep in touch with her friends.<br \/>\nOnly when she meets the gifted violinist Yuko, do things start to change.
