The orphan girl Midori accidentally gets caught in the clutches of the Aka-Neko-Circus, a bizarre group of performer hoofing it with their freak show. Abused by the circus members in more than one way imaginable Midori's life transforms into a bizarre nightmare. Things seem to change for the better with the appearance of the unfathomable magician Wanda Masamitsu. Midori feels irresistibly attracted to the charismatic stranger but Masamitsu follows his own devilish plans.
