Sarajevo gets destroyed by a terrorists nuclear attack. The incident spawns a row of mass killings and genocide in developing countries. Modern democracies turn into totalitarian surveilance states. In the renmants of human civilisation secret agent Clavis Shepherd searches for a mysterious man called Jean Paul who is the reason for the catastrophe. Wherever Jean Paul shows up, people turn violent. Shepherd hunts Paul through an increasingly violent world.
