Yasuyuki, more of a loser than a hero, dreams of making his own movies. In reality, Yasuyuki cleans floors and he depends on his sister for money. After meeting an old classmate, Yasuyuki thinks of his unhappy days as a student and concludes that his current life situation is an improvement. Then he meets Ayano on the street. Yasuyuki wants to leave behind his unpleasant memories and start a bright future with the girl he loves. But will he be able to overcome his past and impress Ayano? Maybe if he becomes a superhero who defeats his enemies with a Radiation Helmet, the odds might not be so bad.
